- If you are NOT eligible for NETFILE, or
- If you were NOT a resident of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario or Saskatchewan at the end of the year, or
- If you are reporting Canadian Agricultural Income Stabilization (CAIS)
